The design translates the client’s preference for black into a refined material palette that flows through the kitchen, bathrooms, and selected spaces of the duplex. Dark cabinetry and fixtures establish a strong identity, while warm wood finishes and soft lighting prevent the interior from feeling heavy.
Each space combines clean lines, integrated storage, and practical planning. Contrasting textures and warm accents soften the darker surfaces, creating a contemporary home that feels dramatic, cohesive, and comfortable.
