Renovation
From existing space to complete transformation.
We manage the renovation process from demolition and technical works to finishes and final detailing, with careful coordination and supervision throughout the project.
Renovating an existing apartment, villa or shop means working with what is already there: the services, the finishes, the surprises behind the plaster. The studio coordinates every trade on site, keeps the schedule and the budget in view, and makes sure the finished work matches the drawings.
You receive a clear scope, a programme and regular site updates, so you always know what is happening behind the dust sheets.
